We had a lot of fun this Easter getting to spend a lot of time with family. We got together with Jared's side of the family on the Thursday before Easter to decorate eggs and then got to spend Sunday afternoon with them after church. We all had such a good time and it was so nice to get to spend the time together as a family. We all live in the same area, but sadly enough don't get to see each other as much as we would like. Landon, seemed to have a blast and it was fun this year as he is beginning to learn in a simple childlike manner about Jesus. He loves singing bible songs and knows about the cross and Jesus. We truly pray that he will grow up with a soft and sensitive heart towards the Lord and choose to accept Him as his Savior at a young age. He will already ask us to pray at night or before meals and finishes all prayers with a hearty "AMEN" :)
Landon really got into egg decorating this year and in typical 2 year old boy fashion made a MESS! At one point he spilled an entire cup of egg coloring on the floor (we are thankful for an Aunt and Uncle who didn't freak out about it and we were able to get it cleaned up with no lasting stains)!
He loved putting the eggs back in forth in cups...some of his turned out the brightest because he would leave them in so long
The hands could only stay out of the color for so long and by the end of the night his hands were a nasty green color...as were my feet from the spillage!
I love the look of amazement when he finally realizes his hands are a different color
The finished product!
Cute cousins...Kirsten waiting to help Landon across the street
Ready to start the Easter Egg Hunt
Lots of eggs!
It was fun to put eggs in and then dump them out!

Great family picture (although as usual Landon isn't willing to look at the camera :)
I thought it would be fun to show some pictures from last year to really see how much our little guy has changed...it is amazing how much difference a year can make!
Next year we will have a 3 year old and a 10 month old to get to celebrate with!!!
And only because I have been SO bad about taking pregnancy pictures...here are a couple from 35 weeks
Tomorrow I will be 36 weeks...only 4 more weeks until my due date!
